Making a Difference
God has given us unique gifts and talents, and it is His desire for us to use them to strengthen His church. The Serve Team is a group of incredible people that are actively using their gifts to make a difference. The reach and impact of FLC is increased as each person plays their own special part.
LOBBY HOST
Love welcoming others? These guys and gals are the first impression people have of FLC. Their warm smiles could light up a room! We believe a warm greeting is vital to creating a warm and inviting experience.
KIDS LIFE
This team creates an environment where children are built up in their own faith in God. Through bible based activities, worship, videos, puppets, games and more, this team intentionally invests in the lives of our littlest guests.
MEDIA
If you like making things happen inconspicuously, the media might be your team. Their purpose is
to enhance the worship experience
& help capture the service.
EVENTS
These team members are the first ones in and the last ones to leave at our events. They work hard at setting up environments to facilitate events.
PRAYER
This team comes together to
cover our pastor and the
services with prayer
each Sunday morning.

a team
The best way to get started on a serve team is to attend our Next Steps. Through personality and spiritual gifts assessments, you’ll see just how God has equipped you to serve in His Kingdom. Our team will help you walk through these discoveries and give you opportunities to jump right into making a difference!
